We stayed here for a romantic getaway as it was our wedding anniversary. The stay was Excellent all round really. We thought we had just a normal double room so you can imagine our suprise when we found it was a four poster room with balcony and outside seating area. The room was great and the bed super comfy. Shower was huge and powerful. We both Slept like a log. Had dinner in the onsite restaurant which was fab. The waiter was probably the best you could ask for and couldn't do enough for us. Great guy! Think he was called Blain he even went out of his way to create a message on the desert plate for my wife. Breakfast was again fab with plenty of toast and a fairly big portioned full English. Had more coffee than Ive ever had which was brought to us again by the waiter from last night. In all this was a great stay and I highly recommend.

everything was perfect, the room was gorgeous, the staff were very welcoming, the temple spa products that were also available to use when using the shower was a lovely touch. the food was also amazing, portion sizes were not over facing so you didn't feel too full. we also made use of the spa facilities and treatments (this was booked separately from the room), the spa is quite small but very relaxing, which was ideal. I would definitely stay again

We went for a celebration family meal for my dad’s 80th. We had Sunday lunch. It was delicious. The staff were very accommodating & friendly. My parents stayed in one of the lovely bedrooms & they had the best nights sleep. I would definitely recommend both the restaurant & the hotel rooms.

Me and my partner came here for a mini getaway. When we arrived, we were greeted at the reception and given a key for our room. Our room was clean with a modern bathroom and our bed was really comfy. The spa is lovely! We had the luxury of having it all to ourselves. We also dined In the restaurant in the evening and for the complimentary breakfast that came with our room. The food we ate tasted fantastic and it was well presented by the chef. The waiters were also very efficient with their table service and friendly.

The place is ok, and the staff is amazing, everyone makes an effort to accommodate your needs and are so kind, friendly and helpful, so the best of this place is the people working there. From the moment you arrive, you will be welcome with a smile, the check-in process can be done while you order your favourite drink from the bar if you chose to have dinner there, may not be cheap as chips but it will be rather delicious, breakfast included is served in the conservatory with a delightful view and the kindness friendly service you can imagine, food was bespoke adapted to my wish and scrumptious, very good quality and well seasoned. The room- although I had to be moved to a smaller room, was comfortable and spacious enough for a night, the room temperature was perfect, and the bed comfy enough for one night, but not exceptional; facilities included a small flat-screen TV, a kettle and coffee tray with a selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate, and plenty of little pots of milk, and two bottles of still water. Also, you can find a hairdryer, the wi-fi was excellent with a good speed, the bathroom was very nice, clean and modern. There is a lift that will take you until the 2nd floor but not to the Deluxe Family Suites at the top, there are some stairs to get you there, 13steps in fact and rather steep for someone with mobility issues, I didn't get to see the Deluxe Family Suite, but my husband told me it was nice and very spacious. Parking was available free of charge, and plenty of spaces close to the entrance. Really a nice place to stay, with the most friendly and kind staff.
